Library Collections
Curtin University Malaysia Library’s collections have been developed since it was set up in the year 1999, together with Curtin University Australia’s electronic resources consist over a million collections that support the range of teaching, learning and research priorities of Curtin University Malaysia.
In December 2019, the collections consisted of approximately:
- 34,790 volumes print books
- 4,438 volumes audio visual items
- 525 volumes print journals
- 596,000 electronic books
- 388 perpetual titles
- 170,000 electronic journals
- 550 online databases

The Library is also providing organized access to scholarly resources and information in alignment with Curtin University Malaysia’s vision, mission and values to continuously improve on facilities and services. We are also proud to maintain a number of Borneo Collections which are placed under special collections.
The physical collection is easily accessed by Curtin Malaysia student and staff member on-site. The Library also continuously encourage students and staff to make use of the online databases, electronic books and journals which can be retrieved and accessible via Curtin University through remote access.
