The library collection has been developed since the foundation of Curtin University Sarawak in 1999.
The collection comprises books, audio-visual material (including videos, DVDs and kits), and journals.
The subject content of the collection reflects the current and past research and teaching interests of the University.
The library also holds a number of discrete collections of primary resources relating to specific Curtin projects and individual achievements at Curtin University.
The Library collections are subject matter of materials support the University’s curriculum, and the material meets the general collection criteria in each discipline as stated in the unit outlines for the courses currently offered in the University, subject matter of material supports the areas in R&D, T&L, staff development and others related to the University’s community needs.
Suggesting items for the collection
The library welcomes suggestions for books, journals and other items to be added to the collection. Use our suggest a book form or contact us about other methods of making recommendations.
New additions to the collection
You can use the library catalogue to browse new additions to the collection. New additions are also publicised weekly through the new title page.
